Aqua was concerned when Æn'kae did not show up for morning lessons. She ran her class of course, planning to look for him after. Sadly, she couldn't find him. She waited until later in the day to check with Rren, and found them gone as well.

She'd seen this before, friends vanishing from a hub world, with no warning. So this was not a first. But still, it was a sad thing, and she would miss them.

Aqua was the Master of her emotions, not the other way around, but she was Master by way of actually feeling her feelings. So she could be found in the afternoon, once again up on the roof of the school, legs crossed, eyes closed as she meditated through her feelings. But she was willing to speak to anyone even while meditating, or while searching. And of course she always had time for her students in morning class.

He doesn’t waste anything to going along with the instructions as he does his best to feel his toes and curl them up as his hands lay down on his lap. The young man then takes a deep breath, holds it for a long while before breathing out and slowly relaxing them as he is told.

"Now tense your ankles, keeping your toes loose. Hold for one long breath in and out, then loosen them over a long breath. Then live in the moment for one long breath of toes and ankles relaxed."

Once again he does his best to follow through Aqua’s instructions and repeat them as much as he could. Thankfully he is able to catch up on the instructions as swiftly as he can: making sure to tense and/or relax the ankles, toes and legs as needed and taking deep breaths in and out, allowing him to live within the moment as possible.

Next she guided him through doing the same for his lower legs, voice slowly getting softer.

He does his best to follow the next instruction, making sure that his lower legs adjust to the next part.

Then the rest of his legs. Slowly she had him work each major group of muscles tensed then joining the others in being loose. Her voice was almost inaudible when they got to the neck, and she let herself trail off, letting him go as long as he needed on his own.

As he keeps up with the instruction and follows them with his full attention, Harry does get to the rest of the legs and have the muscles in them to be relaxed, making sure that he gets to every major muscle group and ensuring that they tense and relax at every turn.

Eventually he gets to the neck portion and begins to go along with the adjustments of his muscles at his own slow pace. Never rushing to relax and be in the zone and present as long as he could.

She sat quietly, letting him take the time he needed, understanding how helpful such meditation could be.

He certainly is taking his time to understand how meditation can help in calming down nerves and takes things slowly. Just in the zone with barely anything trying to get him off his groove and taking the time to meditate as long as he can handle.

Aqua would enter her own light meditation as she waits.

Yeah let’s done that.

It had take some time for him to clear his head but eventually he is able to get to a clear state of mind and not in the middle of a rush like he was moments ago.

When he had been settled long enough, she took a slow deep breath more audibly than usual. Then she smiled warmly. "Alright," she said softly. "Ready to get to work?" She was careful to slowly ramp her voice so that he wouldn't be startled.

“Oh yes, I’m really ready for whatever comes next for us to do,” he chimes in, feeling more calm and relaxed than the state he was in.

"Alright then." She slowly and gracefully unfolded, standing. "Let's start with some gentle easy stretches, shall we?"

“Yes of course, I’m ready to learn them,” he replies in a good mood as he nods in response.

[aquawayfinder]

"Good, stand with me and take this pose," she said demonstrating, settling into a comfortable stance that could easily transition into fighting if needed.

“Oh okay then, I’m going to try to replicate it,” Harry speaks up as he tries to mimic the same stance Aqua is demonstrating, hoping that he is able to follow through with it, “Hey um, is this good enough?”

She moved around him, gently correcting his pose as she went. When he had it right she smiled and nodded, taking the same pose. "The first transition is from this pose to this one," she said, shifting smoothly into another stance.

Harry does his best to keep up and transition his position to the one Aqua is teaching him. The young man is doing all what he can to not trip up on his feet and be accurate on his position moving.

She made gentle corrections, then took the same pose. "Then from there to here." and she slid into another pose.

“Okay then, here it comes,” he nods in return as he slides into the next position as prompted, slowly becoming less awkward as they continue on.

"Very good," she said. She made a few more corrections. "Now, back to the first pose." She demonstrated going from the current form to the first one smoothly.

“Okay then, here it goes,” he speaks up as he goes back to the first position as he is instructed.

[aquawayfinder]

"There you go. Now let's go a little faster," she said, demonstrating the same pattern again but a little bit faster.

Harry does his best to keep up with Aqua as he changes the same positions in the same pattern as swiftly as he can manage. The mind being at ease, no rushing to be in sight as he gets the hang of meditation.
