Harry is pushing the desk as hard as he could and away from the branch, heaving along the way, so it can get out of the way as much as possible. As soon as he is able to get the desk out of the way, he has it set aside on along with the other debris, finally getting rid of it from the bridge and ready to clear out more stuff from the path.
