Wizard has been displaced
Open/locked?: Open
Who: Harry and You
What: Harry has been displaced across the multiverse AGAIN
Warnings: Tons of disorientation and confusion; Will update if something comes up
So this is it: he is about to return home after helping out in saving Avalon and the world from being frozen in time for nearly two years. And he does miss home so much that once Excalibur has been destroyed and time and the multiverse has been saved, he thought that now is the time to go back and rest up from a long endgame fight with a cursed sword. As much as he wants to stay here, he has a mess of a battle aftermath to clean up, a destroyed school to come to, friends who are missing him badly now, and a community that needs to rebuild itself. The situation his world is in is not that great but he does need to go back and help in the repairs soon.
Or that is what he thought how that day would end because he soon finds himself being transported into a very unfamiliar place. For the second time in his life, Harry has been very much displaced across the multiverse again. He takes a look around to see if he has everything from Avalon with him. Relief settles in when he finds that Hedwig in her cage is there, and much to his own surprise, even Rose too. Wait a minute, he thought that he had tried to say goodbye to her in Avalon so seeing the little pink Pygmy Puff is a big surprise to him. Then he turns to find that his polearm had become very padded and his phone from Avalon didn’t work as at all. So he can’t be able to call King Arthur for help anytime soon.
But the most confusing thing he has stumbled upon to date happens to be the giant and grand scale of the castle before him. He knows that castles can be big in space like with Hogwarts Castle but this one has to take the cake. And it is a lot more beautiful than what Hogwarts is currently at, whoever did the maintance work sure does put a lot of effort to make it super pristine as it can be. But all he can muster to say at this time as he looks more confused by his new situation is “Where in the world I am in now?”

Rose squeaks up in her own squeaky way, squeaking about how she and Hedwig fear that they might get scared of those persona switches if Kyoko keeps on letting her emotions to get the best of her. The more dignified Hedwig hoots back in return, agreeing with her Pygmy Puff friend very much.

Her friend groaned. "I hereby officially retire for now, from trying to explain to her that entirely despite what she thinks she knows, I'm not a fairy, I'm an elf. I was never an insect, despite bugging whomever I please. That friend of hers is either going to clear up that I am not his father when and if he shows up, or I'll make him."

Now the task of correcting Kyoko about everything, especially towards Fae/Fairies vs Elves, lands on him. Oh dear, this is going to be the toughest duty he has been given. Sure he can teach a group of disgruntled students practical DADA lessons underground but having to pick up from where Sia left off? Yikes, he is understandably worried and concerned for what is to come but he is going to do his best regardless.
“Right, elves are not the same as fairies, got it, Sir. Hopefully I can get better results from trying to correct her on everything about elves vs fairies. And that I can come out of it in one piece.”

"Well, if you'd like to try... elves and humans are practically kin, the way donkeys and horses are. Fairies are kin to butterflies. Dragons and unicorns and ents, those are fae too. Fae means immortal. It's one whose very soul holds their magic, and sustains what makes them them long after they've died. It's part of why I can't be a fairy, despite the fairy over there currently being an elf."
"You're complicating things...."
"Nonsense. You called me here to help explain, didn't you?" He held out a hand, open, and turned it over for Harry to see. It looked... well, like any hand, when it came to it. Aside from their eyes and ears, Mallia and Sia could both pass quite easily for humans. "What I mean, which your friend was not catching on about, is that I'm well and truly beyond that point."
"Love." Mallia's tone was quite firm, enough to make him blink and look up at her, losing his conspiratorial smile for a moment.
But he didn't argue. A sigh, and he withdrew his hand. "...Fine. My ultimate point is, being a fairy or an elf or one of any of the other fae kinds... it's a matter of what one was originally born as. We all have more in common than most humans would believe, despite our very different original bodies. But it's that very difference that some of our kin take such pride in. No offense, but a butterfly learning to don the guise of a comparative giant...." He made a face while eyeing Mallia, something of an apologetic wince. "It doesn't exactly speak to the sorts of trials and hardships, the deaths one must die, sometimes repeatedly and quite traumatically, to be able to fit oneself into the form of one of the other kinds. However unwitting, a dismissal of the horrors so often inflicted upon us by the humans of our world..." He sank down in his chair again, sighing, "...and such a dismissal by a human, at that... Calling it 'insult upon both grave personal, and systemic, world-ending injury' hardly scrapes the surface. The humans in my world... well, individually, they always were fine enough, but as a whole? Human kind was, at least as of some centuries ago, without exception, the absolute worst thing to invade Europe, bar none.
"So if all of this confusion is somehow innocent, then it's incredibly unfortunate. And if it isn't... If her friend was actually from our world... then with what he's put into her head, and what it's likely to lead to, depending on who she meets... let's just say, I suspect he must not have liked her very much."
Mallia was quiet, rubbing her head. "Humans, mice, wolves, and horses are all land-creatures, but not all land-creatures are cats," she said. "She's insisting that everything on land is a mouse."
"And mice may be all right with that, but a wolf could be quite furious." Sia shook his head. "I don't suppose more examples of different kin would help inspire other ways of presenting this all to her...? There's me, certainly, and there's her... but...?" He looked from Mallia to Harry.
