What: Harry has been displaced across the multiverse AGAIN

So this is it: he is about to return home after helping out in saving Avalon and the world from being frozen in time for nearly two years. And he does miss home so much that once Excalibur has been destroyed and time and the multiverse has been saved, he thought that now is the time to go back and rest up from a long endgame fight with a cursed sword. As much as he wants to stay here, he has a mess of a battle aftermath to clean up, a destroyed school to come to, friends who are missing him badly now, and a community that needs to rebuild itself. The situation his world is in is not that great but he does need to go back and help in the repairs soon.

Or that is what he thought how that day would end because he soon finds himself being transported into a very unfamiliar place. For the second time in his life, Harry has been very much displaced across the multiverse again. He takes a look around to see if he has everything from Avalon with him. Relief settles in when he finds that Hedwig in her cage is there, and much to his own surprise, even Rose too. Wait a minute, he thought that he had tried to say goodbye to her in Avalon so seeing the little pink Pygmy Puff is a big surprise to him. Then he turns to find that his polearm had become very padded and his phone from Avalon didn’t work as at all. So he can’t be able to call King Arthur for help anytime soon.

But the most confusing thing he has stumbled upon to date happens to be the giant and grand scale of the castle before him. He knows that castles can be big in space like with Hogwarts Castle but this one has to take the cake. And it is a lot more beautiful than what Hogwarts is currently at, whoever did the maintance work sure does put a lot of effort to make it super pristine as it can be. But all he can muster to say at this time as he looks more confused by his new situation is “Where in the world I am in now?”

Harry pays attention to what Greg is talking about as they go around the campus and he takes in a look at the place on the way to the dorms. Not sure about what sort of games the students of Auradon Prep usually play but they might be too different from the sports he is familiar.

“Huh, I see. I don’t think that I can recognize some of the sports that are played in campus either. Not sure if riding on a broomstick while chasing metallic balls in the air count as a sport in here.”

“Ah okay then. Understood. I didn’t know that people could come and go in here that often, but I have lost some friends from them vanishing in the last world I have been to. I’m not even sure if they left behind any things in there either.”

“Oh wow, that little creature looks pretty amazing,” he gasps in amazement as he sees one of the little creatures Mallia conjured up landing on Kyoko’s hand and gets to eat some more cookies.

Hedwig goes on to continue eating the crustaceans once again although Rose is now being distracted from her cookie eating by Kyoko’s reaction to the little fairyfly in her hand. The pink Pygmy Puff squeaks on delightfully as she cranes her head to see it up close.

"Riding a.... Guess when you win a perfect game it's a clean sweep?" he asked with a grin.

"It seems to vary from hub world to hub world. But at least one of my students has already vanished. Hopefully he took home with him some of the best of what the people here had to offer." And maybe, just maybe, on that one world he wouldn’t become what he was in every other world she'd met him on.

“Yeah. That is literally the case for the sport I play at home. It is a big thing in my world. I honestly get it because most folks who are not of any magical nature in my world thought that brooms are meant for cleaning floors and yet they can be handy transportation, am I right?”

“Oh gee. I am so sorry to hear that you lost a student of yours here. I wish that I could have met him sooner. Hopefully he did took with him the best things Auradon can offer and is at home safe and sound.”

"I wouldn't know.. I kind of..." he floated up into the air, "don't need cleaning supplies to surprise."

"And now you have seen a fairy." She was amused, watching Kyoko playing with it.

The little thing climbed right onto her hand, looking around, exploring the part of this giant creature that was within its reach, silent. It looked up, flitted its wings a little again before folding them back up again behind it, and then raised a small arm to wave at her.

Another of them brought one of the berries down from the bowl of them, rolling it toward Rose... a third of them seemed to decide that it would be an opportune time to jump across the table to land on the plate Harry had been picking from, to help him with that. Not that it would be able to eat much, as tiny as it was, but it was the thought that counted, right?

"Thank you. I hope his reality will be better for his time here..."

Kyoko was so happy right now. She might not be paying attention to Harry or Malia as she offered a finger of her other hand to the fairy, entranced.

“Whoa! That’s really brilliant. You can actually float into the air like that? I got to say that flying without a broom was one of the things I had to learn the hard way while I was in Avalon, took me a while to get it down to a stable level.”

“Same here too. I do hope so. Is it possible if a friend from home might show up in campus too? I don’t know if I have seen anyone from home in such a long time.”

Harry is pretty amazed by the fairyflies just as much as anyone else would, especially with Kyoko all things considered. Rose happily squeaks as she greets the one rolling the berry towards her, wondering if the berry is for her or for the creature itself, while Hedwig is still busy going through the crustaceans.

The young man lets out an amused chuckle as another of them lands on the same plate he got the cookies from. He thought that the fairyfly is trying its best to help in eating the cookies with him. Cue the many awws from a man who has seen and learned about many fantastical creatures in his world as a part of his education.

The one near Rose rolled the berry up closer, and then jumped away to go fetch another, the little fruits bigger than its own head. For its size, it was comparatively quite strong... but realistically, bugs tended to be, and the fruits were only about the size of a large grape anyhow. The one by Harry managed somehow to wrangle a loose little piece of the cookie off of the rest of it, and looked up at him, pointing at the big crumb, as though checking with him before biting right in. Did he see it? Isn't it big? Hah... But bite in it did, taking a proportionally rather decent chunk out of it, with what passed for cheeks puffing out as it chewed.

And then yet another was apparently getting bored of the plate of fruit, and sniffing around, only to creep up ever so stealthily to the bowl of giant bugs that the owl was making a feast of. It was one of the more brightly-colored fairies, so stealth may not have been its forte -- far from it, actually, with how it raised and lowered its wings in anticipation as it got closer to the bowl, though it tried not to be spotted... and then after it got close enough, reached up and tugged at the leg of one of the bigger green creatures. It didn't simply come right off, so after a few more attempts, the little fairy reached up to bite right through the thin limb so that it could claim its prize and crouch there just under the bowl's rim, munching away on the leg.

The one on Kyoko's hand took what it figured was being hinted, and climbed up onto her finger, only to crouch there and begin preening its tiny head with its front hands, licking its fingers and then dragging them down its little face. It ended up pulling some of its furry hair forward over its big eyes, and then took to smoothing its hair back away from its face again, licking its fingers and repeating the process.

Mallia, for her part, was plenty amused to watch everyone's reactions. "When you're done, I could conjure up the images of other elves I've known...?"

"And once you did you leveled up?" he asked with a grin. He flipped over to float upside down, arms loosely crossed, one leg crossed behind the other.

"It is, of course. Multiple people from where I was last are here. And one of Lea's friends is on the Isle. We are working on getting her free. Her and anyone else trapped there."

Kyoko squeeled happily and watched the small fairy in fasciation. The rest of the world seemed to have vanished around her. All that mattered was the small fairy.

“I was able to enjoy flying without using a broom and keep on practising so I wouldn’t get very rusty and nearly forget about it over time.”

[phoenixwiz]

“There are people trapped on the Isle? Oh gee, I do hope that everyone is able to find a good solution to free everyone stranded in there and that we can go between places whenever we want to. Nobody should be restricted on where they wish to be in.”

[phoenixwiz]

“Oh yes. That would be very amazing. I am interested in seeing what the other elves look like.”

Rose meanwhile happily squeaks as she gets to see the fairyfly being able to push another fruit with its head. Oh, this is becoming into a friendly fruit picnic. She is liking this already as she merrily munches on the berry in sheer delight.

"Then we'll have to practice together." He came back down to the ground. "Always willing to help someone reach new heights."

"We hope to free them all soon. The situation here is not great for food, but it is far worse there."

“Awww gee, thank you so much. I am always looking for a partner to practise magic with.”

“Oh dear. If only there is anything I can do to help in the Isle efforts. I have no idea that how deep the whole barrier issue in this world can get.”
