"To be clear, I'm not saying to not face what you need to. But I do think you ought to consider facing it from a better position, if it's too much in the moment, or sitting with it doesn't lead to progress. Do you think there's a chance, perhaps, that you'll be better able to confront whatever it is, once you're in a less stressed state later?"
