Opening Paths
Ben and Mal had made sure that the news spread to all Missrecalled in Auradon. They felt it was officially safe enough to start preparing for an Isle visit. Winter was waning and no more snow was expected. People were warned to still be careful, there could be ice or slush under what is left of the snow. If people want to go back to the museum district, it isn't advised, but they won't be stopped. Ben would suggest that they let someone know that they were going and when they got back.
Ben and Mal also made it clear that as soon as it was safe to move them all together, they would be going to the Isle. So any preparations should be a priority.
Opening Hearts
With the warming weather, people might find themselves warming in other ways. They feel more kindly towards each other, perhaps. Friends feel more friendly. It is easier to trust, to smile, to see the best in others.
This won't add an emotion that wasn't there, it just strengthens what is already growing or already fully present. It is a slight subtle lowering of inhibitions around those a character trusted. It makes it easier to show affection, to tell people how you feel when that feeling is positive. It only works between the characters in the scene, and slowly subtly wears off after the scene.
When someone is affected, they might notice later a very faint shimmer of sparkles on their skin, pale pink, pale blue, pale purple, gold, silver, or pale green. Whichever makes the character the happiest, or least upset at least. Every time they have another encounter, after it the glitter is a little more obvious and lasts a little longer.
The event lasts only a week. At the end of the week, each person will wake up with a soft glimmer of glitter that is more or less subtle based on how many positive interactions they had with other Missrecalled during the week. The glitter will last one day for each positive interaction (thread) they had during the week of the event. Though even if someone had a lot of positive interactions, none of the glitter will remain when entering the Isle.
