Cooking, keeping my room in some semblance of order, changing light bulbs or doing other simple chores without needing to ask permission or directions, that kinda stuff I've had to learn to do. And I've generally been used to communal supplies like paper products and light bulbs being stored in a specific spot, so as long as you know where that spot is, you're generally good to go. Just didn't figure it'd be in a whole other building, or I might've asked."
