We Work Together
Cold weather was definitely settling in in Auradon. The days were brisk, most of the non-evergreen trees were down to bare branches, and the nights were becoming downright cold. The snow everyone woke up to not long after returning from the Isle was long gone and no more had fallen, but most mornings saw the school lawns covered with a silvery sheen of glittering frost.
And of course, with cold weather came yet another concern to add to the supply issues, namely the fact that very few of the Missrecalled arrived with anything resembling winter clothing. While a certain amount of it could be dug out of storage at the school, it's not nearly enough for everyone, especially the adults, never mind having any left over to share with those on the Isle, because if cold weather was a concern in Auradon, it was doubly so there.
Fortunately, between Bibbity Bits and Bobs and what’s in storage at Mouse Made Gear, there was plenty of warm fabric available. Unfortunately, as no one currently in Auradon quite had FG's skill with magical makeovers - except maybe Mal or Mallia - it fell to the denizens of Auradon to turn yarn, fleece, fabric, buttons, and zippers into things like sweaters, caps, coats, and mittens the old fashioned way.
Given the amount of clothing needed and the fact that it was needed somewhat urgently, Ben, Mal, and Sylvando had hastily organized a sewing circle of sorts. Those with some sewing, knitting, or crocheting skill to their names were set to work putting together basic winter wear. Those less confident in their sewing skills were encouraged to help by using patterns to cut fabric or to help make simple blankets for those on the Isle by stitching together two large pieces of fleecy fabric; such blankets, after all, didn't need to be well fitting or done particularly neatly, they just needed to hold together. And for those who didn't feel confident doing even that... well, someone had to take care of the other chores while most of the others were busy sewing, right?

They'd been busy, and it hardly took any time at all for them to put together a good few offerings. By the time they paused to review their collection, there were patterns for hats and mittens and even some simple boots....
Perhaps someone wanted to make a request, see if they could figure out how to adjust a pattern to work for them, if it was something more fitted?
Someone here needs a sewing lesson right now

So while normally she wouldn't give a rat's behind about the circumstances, she did care about her familiars - Eek and Squeak the bats, and Archie the spider. She couldn't just go into a store and steal - er, buy, of course - some warm material for her babies. Alas, she had no idea how to knit anything. She was also reluctant to ask for help.
So you can spot Morgana puffing her cheeks in annoyance as she glares down at the sewing circle, her love for her familiars - who, at the time, were nesting in her hair - silently battling her pride.
Please forgive the super late tag in >.>

Kyoko Mogami | OTA | Cws: none to start, will add as needed
Perhaps scarier still was how good she actually seemed to be at making clothes and sewing without pattern or machine. So long as she had an image to go off of...
So until someone showed her pictures of people in warmer clothes, a lot of what she made would work in layers, but wasn't super practical as winter gear. Still her accuracy at reproducing an outfit from a reference image or two, was impressive. And for those who were used to Kyoko, the fact that she was actually focused and working calmly was probably more so.
She was a tad bit obsessive over making sure the details were perfect, however. If anyone wondered where she got those super disturbingly lifelike dolls she carries, they would now have an answer.
Utau Hoshina | OTA | See OOC note at top to see if your character can see the Charas
Utau was... not the sort to sit and do sewing circle things. And as she and Nadeshiko very much did not get along, she'd been avoiding anywhere that Nadeshiko or her brother might be. And since she figured this was a girly thing, and Nadeshiko was as girly as they came, she should avoid this.
But in the end she decided that making sure she got something she actually liked rather than hand me down scraps was worth the risk. So she stalked the entrance until she saw Nadeshiko leave one day, after this had been going a while, then she slipped inside.
Only to realize she had no clue what in the what she was doing. She was the type to buy clothes, not make them. Ugh, well maybe someone made something already that she didn't hate? She doubted it, but worth checking out since she was already here...
El was happily zipping around the room, looking at everyone's work, giddy. Il was floating above Utau's shoulder, looking bored.
Nadeshiko Fujisaki | OTA
Nadeshiko had spent a lot of time trying to help out. She worked on other people's projects, helping out. She was decent at cutting the fabric, and offered to model things if anyone wanted, but didn't seem to ever settle to doing any sewing herself...
Temari floated around her head, cautioning her not to crawl around on the floor so that she wouldn't get her kimono dirty.
