That if the worst that any of those has done is say something unkind to their mother as a child, that it would be them to appear here?"
He glanced back to him, raising an eyebrow. "How many of those brought here have you spoken with at length, to know better them and their lives and deeds? Because this is the first time I believe we have had significant conversation...." Given that Chell had spent his days thus far outside, babysitting the ent... had they more than seen each other in passing, prior to the ship's arrival? ...Had they even seen each other in passing prior to it?
